For the second year in a row, Chemung County Legislator Rodney J. Strange made public how he used his 2012 legislative salary. “One of the most important duties of being a legislator is constituent service and being involved in the community,” Strange said. “I am proud to once again disclose a list of expenditures for 2012 that demonstrates my comittment to the residents of the 15th district and the people of Chemung County.”
